Please note we are NOT a Santa Claus Agency that represents lots of Santa's. Andy Hansen (aka Santa Andy) is a unique performer and individual entertainer.

The hire rates reflect that he is an internationally sort after speaker and performer who is dedicated to delivering the most authentic performance as Santa Claus.
Hire rates also depend on location, date and duration of appearance.
Booking Terms and Conditions.
The Contract.
The terms and conditions set forth on this page and the confirmation invoice issued forms a contract between you, (the client), and Santa Andy. When you make a booking, it is understood that you have had an opportunity to read and agree to the terms and conditions.
The person booking Santa Andy must be 18 years of age or older.
A booking only becomes confirmed by us in writing after the booking fee or deposit has been paid in full. Please see ‘Fee and Payment’ below for more details.
Enquiries and Booking.
Assuming Santa Andy is available for the date and time requested, a price quote will be sent following an enquiry. A booking must be confirmed by us in writing, and the deposit (or full fee if applicable) paid in full before a booking is confirmed.
Fee and Payment.
As Santa Andy is primarily a seasonal business and all November and December dates are very limited, a deposit or in some instances the full fee (subject to the type of booking), must be paid in full at least ninety days before the date of booking in order to secure your booking.
We require the full fee thirty days prior to booking date if a booking is not local to Santa Andy (Oxfordshire) and/or the booking is for a particularly popular date and/or falls within less than ninety days of the engagement.
All payments are non-refundable except in the unlikely event that Santa Andy is unable to fulfil the contract for whatever reason such as illness.
If the fee or deposit is not received at least ninety days before the engagement, the date and time booked will not be held and may be given to someone else. Clients will be contacted using the contact details they have supplied to provide an opportunity to make payment before losing an unconfirmed booking.
If a booking is made less than ninety days before the date of the engagement(s), the full fee is required immediately in order to confirm your booking. Bookings made within ninety days will not be confirmed until full payment is received.
Payment can be made directly to our UK bank account which will be detailed on the client invoice.
Our Service.
Santa Andy is engaged as a high-quality professional Santa Claus entertainer in full luxury costume for all bookings.
Public Appearances.
For appearances at all public venues (such as shopping centres & theme parks) it is the client's sole responsibility to provide any supporting staff relating to Santa Andys appearance. In all public venues, security personnel must be present at all times when Santa Andy is interacting with the public for the purposes of health & safety.
Costumes.
All of the Santa Claus costumes of Santa Andy are professional, custom made and consistent with the same quality of costumes used in west end shows and movies. Unless agreed beforehand in writing, Santa Andy may wear any one of his Santa Claus costumes to any engagement as he deems fit. The costume worn at the engagement is often based on factors such as weather and room temperatures.
Cancellation and Period Of Notice.
Notification of cancellation must be made at the earliest opportunity. Cancellation of engagements is non-refundable although we may consider a refund or partial refund, if the cancellation has been made more than ninety days before the date of the engagement. We will also review all other circumstances but a decision on any type of refund is solely at our discretion and will be done on a case by case basis.
In the unlikely event that Santa Andy is unable to fulfil the contract for reasons such as due to illness or inclement weather, the fee or deposit (whichever is applicable) will be fully refunded to the client within ten working days.
Either party may terminate the booking by giving written notice to arrive with the other party no later than ninety days prior to the date of the commencement of the engagement. Such notification must be sent to the other party in writing by either email or post.
Behaviour.
It is expected that all persons, including children, present at the venue of the engagement behave in a safe, courteous and respectful manner towards Santa Andy.
If any person present at the engagement behaves in such a way that unreasonably disrupts Santa Andy's performance, makes unwanted and/or inappropriate physical contact, demonstrates aggression or abusive language towards him, his performance, assistants and associates and/or property or if he and his assistants are put into any situation that would be reasonably deemed to be unsafe, we are entitled, without prior notice, to terminate the engagement with immediate effect. In such a case, no refunds will be made, and the client is liable to pay any expenses and/or costs incurred as a result of such a termination.
Adult Supervision.
Suitable and responsible adults must be present at all times during any booking for the purposes of safety and practicality. In the event of a large group of children being present with Santa Andy (example: Christmas party), the client should adhere to official children and adult ratio guidelines.
Children With Special Needs.
In a case of a child (or children) that has special needs, we ask that we are informed of the child's needs and any other general information that would be helpful before meeting them. This is primarily for the purpose of ensuring that we can deliver the best possible experience for the child and cater to their needs accordingly.
